Download IFS Application Framework, a freeware educational program for fractal image coding by Giovambattista Pulcini (portions by Valerio Verrando, Carlo Meloni and Riccardo Rossi).

Note: It needs 486DX2/66, 8MB RAM, Windows 3.1 with a 11MB swapfile and a 32000 SVGA driver (at least).
